Mike Smith, CFII

Mike is an airline transport rated pilot and the primary fixed wing charter pilot for Baker Aircraft.  He has been a licensed pilot for more than 40 years and a flight instructor for 35 years.  In addition to charter flights, Mike gives fixed wing instruction at all levels from beginning students through private, commercial, instrument rating and flight instructor applicants as well giving biennial flight reviews and instrument proficiency checks.  Mike is also an experienced tail wheel pilot and gives tail wheel instruction and endorsements.  Mike is also carded with the USFS, USDI and USDA for point to point, reconnaissance and air tactical missions and flies on fire contracts each summer.
